Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer shipping throughout the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channels Islands and the Isle of Man.
Our partner carriers are Royal Mail and Evri (previously known as Hermes).
In the event that we cannot use Royal Mail e.g. strike days then your order will be dispatched on the equivalent delivery service with Evri.
We offer standard delivery (2 to 4 working days) and next-day delivery, provided orders are received by 1pm Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). In some areas, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver on a Saturday. For any orders received after this time, they will be dispatched the following working day.
- For orders to the UK Mainland, anything under £20 will be £3.99 for standard delivery and £5.99 for next day delivery*.
- Any orders over £20 will be free standard delivery and £5.99 for next day delivery* provided they are to the UK Mainland.
- Any orders over £70 will be free next-day delivery* provided they are to the UK Mainland.
- For orders outside UK mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Island, Northern Island and Isle of Man) will be £8.99 for next day delivery*.
- For anything outside of the UK Mainland (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Island, and Isle of Man), orders over £30 will still carry a delivery charge of £3.99 for next day delivery*.
*Provided orders received by 1pm Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays)
If you want to return your items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements and to be given a return authorisation code.
To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All individual packs must remain unopened, uneaten and ready to eat. Individual packs cannot be returned on their own, but please let us know if you had any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it up to you.
You are responsible for the cost of the return (unless there is a problem with the item – see clause 10 of our Terms of Sale Policy if this is the case).
Following the return of items in good condition, we will refund all returned items up to 28 days from the date of delivery.
We will not accept any returns without prior authorisation.
Deliveries are picked and dispatched shortly after they are ordered, so unfortunately we cannot cancel orders. If it arrives and you are still unsatisfied, email email@example.com and we will help you from there.
