A latte recipe but not as you know it! The collagen and healthy fats in this latte will keep you feeling fuller for longer and are an excellent, gut healthy and caffeine-free replacement for a regular latte.
- 500ml Take Stock Chicken Broth
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil, or ghee
- Cream or coconut cream to top
- Heat bone broth, spices, and butter over medium heat, stirring until combined.
- Use a hand blender to whizz the cream or coconut cream into the broth mixture and blend until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
- Pour into 2 mugs, top with more cream or try a sprinkle of salt and fresh herbs.
