Ingredients

  • 150g frozen mango chunks
  • 150g frozen raspberries
  • 2 - 3 tbsp honey
  • 300g plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Freja beef bone broth powder

 

Method

  1. Divide the yoghurt and honey into 2 separate bowls. Whizz up the frozen mango and add to 1 bowl along with 1 tbsp of the bone broth powder and mix well.
  2. Then whizz the frozen raspberries and add to the second bowl with the remaining powder and mix well.
  3. Pour the frozen raspberries into the moulds till half full and set in the freezer. Once solid pour in the frozen mango mixture and freeze again.
